Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).
If your order includes multiple items, your full order will be shipped only after all items are ready.

📌 Example: If you order three products and one takes 5 days to process, the whole order will be dispatched after 5 days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 4–7 business days (excluding weekends).

 Q: How do I care for my purchase?

A: We recommend dry cleaning all embellished garments. For cotton or digital prints, please use cold water and avoid machine washing to preserve quality.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Q: I placed an order but want to cancel. What should I do?

A: Please email us at info@mayrake.com within 24 hours of placing your order, along with your order number.

Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment method.
After 24 hours, cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order status.
If your item has already been stitched or dispatched, we can issue a store credit.

🚫 Note: Ready to Ship items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed, as they are sent to our dispatch team immediately

Q: I forgot to add something or entered the wrong shipping info. Can I edit my order?

We can make changes only if your order has not been processed or dispatched.

A: We begin preparing your order immediately — including customization, stitching, and packaging. To avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q: Can I use more than one coupon or promo code on a single purchase?
